Lee Lane, CPC Executive Director, has written and spoken extensively on environment, intergenerational politics, transportation policy, and international trade. He has more than 20 years of senior executive experience in the corporate sector, including as Vice President of CSX Corporation. He has also worked with trade associations and as the president of a policy and advocacy consulting firm.

Valerie Bredy, CPC Organizational Associate, was formerly an Assistant Supervisor and Hanford Project Researcher at Analytical Sciences, Inc., and a computer contract worker at Diversity Services. She was also a contract employee with the Virginia State Senate and Dominion Virginia Power

William B. Newman, Jr., CPC consultant, works on business and Congressional outreach. He is the former Vice President and Washington Counsel for Consolidated Rail Corporation, and former Counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Energy and Commerce.

Kevin J. Parker, CPC Consultant, works on development and fundraising issues. He most recently served is the director of foundation relations at the Worldwatch Institute, and over the past 20 years has worked in fundraising for organizations including Environmental Defense, the World Resources Institute, and Conservation International.
